Dual Exfoliation
If your skin is in desperate need of a refresh, the Dual Exfoliation treatment is the perfect place to start. By combining a microdermabrasion or dermaplane service with one of our custom chemical peels, this treatment actively removes dead skin cells from the surface and encourages new, healthier skin to develop.
Here’s how it works: the physical exfoliant (the microdermabrasion or dermaplane) is used to clear any dead skin cells and prep the skin for deeper chemical peel penetration. Then, a custom chemical peel is applied to skin – targeting concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, dullness, and more. As a result, you’ll notice your skin looking smoother, tighter, and more radiant in about a week.

A consultation is always recommended, as it allows our team to really understand your concerns and find the right treatment to help you achieve your desired results.
While you’ll start to notice the exfoliating benefits of your dermaplane or microdermabrasion right away, you may not see the results of your chemical exfoliant for several days to a full week, depending on your skin cell turnover. The timing is unique for every individual.
The Dual Treatment is non-invasive and virtually pain-free, but you might experience a slight cooling sensation or tingling during your chemical peel. Because the experience is different for everyone, we do offer pain management as well as cool compresses and face stimulation during treatment.
The Dual Treatment is great for everyone. It is fully customizable and can be used on all skin types; but it can be especially great for people struggling with dry, dull, textured, or hyperpigmented skin.
While the dermaplaning and microdermabrasion results will fade with cell turnover, the chemical peel results will last much longer. Depending on the peel, you could benefit from these results for 1-6 months.
The Dual Treatment has a downtime of 0-7 days, depending on the specific treatment. You should be able to proceed with regular activities within the first few days.
Our team will walk you through the specific per- and post-care process in person, so you can get the best results. We do ask that you limit your sun exposure during recovery.
