Amanda Wicker-Newton has created a successful career by combining beauty, wellness, and business. She brings more than 20 years of expertise in management, marketing, events, and wellness to Facetté. Her management experience includes a large wellness gym, a luxury salon, and medical spas.
Within less than a year in her position as general manager of the salon and spa, Amanda led the company to its spot as #25 of the top 100 L’Oréal salons in the U.S. and designed and executed a 3,000-square-foot medical spa and barber shop expansion. The thriving salon soon achieved Diamond status as an Allergan account, which put it among the top 3% Allergan accounts in the U.S.
She has a keen understanding of the client experience, as well as how to define, market, and grow services while developing and maintaining an internal culture that fosters staff cohesion, culture, and company loyalty. Now, she is sought out by salons and spas to consult on growing their business.
When she is not working, Amanda can be found with her husband, children, and friends participating in endless activities, traveling, and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
